Awesome No-Bake Medjool Date Bars
I’ve got quite a sweet tooth and love food, which means that I’m often snacking on chocolate, cookies and other sweet things that aren’t exactly great for me. When I made my Nana’s Date Square recipe, I discovered that I really like Medjool dates, which is awesome because they’re a great and natural way to sweeten recipes – they’re even a great source of antioxidants! I set out to make a healthier snack and created these awesome, no-bake, Medjool date bars. Blissful Butterscotch Bars
Warning: these are dangerously good. I’m house/offspring sitting family friends and Georgia (from Georgia’s Blueberry Cake) and I went through 5 cookbooks before we chose this recipe.
