Bananas are great, but I can never seem to finish a bunch. I always end up having a few that are too brown to eat, but yet they’re perfect for baking – what a shame! I call these BOD muffins because their standout ingredients are: bananas, oats, and dates. This recipe is so easy and delicious, it’s a great one to have up your sleeve. It’s very versatile – great as a snack, perfect as a gift, even bring it to a dinner party for dessert!
