Kale Caesar Salad

Kale Caesar SaladI don’t often post salads, so when I do you know it’s good! I got a sneak peak of some recipes of dishes that will be at Taste of Toronto this week, and this one stood out. The gnocchi and the sauce are delicious, but I also use this recipe just for the gnocchi and switch up the saucy component. Hope you enjoy!

I kept it simple and put hummus, cucumbers, and tomatoes in a multigrain pita with the shawarma, but you can throw in anything. Hope you enjoy! Continue reading
