This recipe is so easy and delicious, it’s a great one to have up your sleeve. It’s very versatile – great as a snack, perfect as a gift, even bring it to a dinner party for dessert! My only note is that I recommend you keep it refrigerated until serving, as the chocolate has a better snap that way. Hope you enjoy!

I’ve got quite a sweet tooth and love food, which means that I’m often snacking on chocolate, cookies and other sweet things that aren’t exactly great for me. I set out to make a healthier snack and created these awesome, no-bake, Medjool date bars. The Medjool dates and apples hold the bars together, and the coconut, puffed quinoa and Marcona almonds really add great flavour. They’re perfect for any time, anywhere – hope you enjoy! I kept an open mind and made them, and, I don’t know how they do it, but they are incredible! Continue reading
