I love Middle Eastern food! Give me falafel, shawarma, hummus, anything, and I’m a very happy camper. While lots of the side dishes can be made at home, many of my favourites require frying or special equipment, so I was very excited when I came across this recipe. I am not a morning person by any stretch of the imagination, so anything that is quick and/or easy in the morning is my friend. After picking up many breakfast sandwiches because I was running late, I decided to make my own quick and easy version at home. I like to use bagels (because I love bagels) but it works just as well with any type of toast. Enjoy!
